I work about two miles from where I live. I make the walk pretty much every day 'up into the hills', away from it all... a technology free zone where time ticks slowly. My studio had a life as a stable block for about One Hundred years before it's evolution into a kitchen making workshop. Another artist before me had started to move into it's rudimentary interior before it was offered to me as an artist on the run from a former Pottery Works Building in Longton town ..
