Two Pillars of Sanity

The First Book Fair of the year is on 13th April 2025 .. A number of stallholders will be participating with a comprehensive range of all manner of titles and authors

across the spectrum. 

Of huge interest is Paul's ever-growing specialism; Folio Society Titles .. 

Free Tea and Coffee (and I dare say homemade Cakes!) will be available.

Well behaved dogs welcome .. the hall is completely accessible to disabled users. 

We will be joined by the rather marvellous Mitch and Blake from Vellichor Books ..

We've had a number of enquiries in the past about whether we purchase books or collections and we have developed a response.  We don't purchase books but can offer you the following opportunities;1) To have a stall and sell them yourself at our events.We all just share the hall hire fee between however many are participating at the time. 2) If you're looking to just get rid of your books (house clearance, collection overgrown!) you might wish to simply bring the books to our event and leave them with us.We can then take your books and make sure they have another and continued life; one route is via a high street outlet and furthermore an online outlet. We simply donate the books and that is taken care of.3) We also know of an organisation called Krizevac who take books for fundraising purposes, I used to collect for them.
